Refund policy
At Roselyn Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
Your Right to Return
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. This includes your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provides a minimum 14-day cancellation period from the date of delivery. Our 30-day policy gives you more time than the statutory minimum.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at info@roselynatelier.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorisation.
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging where possible.
- Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorisation.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a prepaid return label for you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@roselynatelier.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@roselynatelier.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
