Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard UK delivery takes 6–9 working days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all UK orders — there are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track it any time via our Track Your Order page, or contact our team and we'll check it for you.
Are there any customs charges or import duties?
No. All prices include VAT and there are no additional duties or hidden fees. What you see at checkout is the final price.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at info@roselynatelier.co.uk and we'll investigate right away. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email info@roselynatelier.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorisation.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping and arrange a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage — we recommend a tracked service.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–5 business days to appear.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Yes — just email us at info@roselynatelier.co.uk and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Payment & Account
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, plus Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna/Clearpay where available. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
Is it safe to use my card on your website?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted via SSL and handled by trusted payment providers. We never store your full card details on our servers.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.
Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at info@roselynatelier.co.uk and we'll happily advise.
How should I care for my items?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. Following them helps your pieces last and stay looking their best.
Will an out-of-stock item be restocked?
Some pieces are restocked and others are limited. Contact our team about a specific item and we'll let you know if it's returning.
