References to "RoselynAtelier", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to Usubov LLC trading as RoselynAtelier.
Our UK address, which is also our returns address, is P01, Old Power Station, 121 Mortlake High Street, London, SW14 8SN, United Kingdom. Returns are received at our UK returns address.
2. Use of our website
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
3. Products and pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. A contract between you and Usubov LLC, trading as RoselynAtelier, is formed at this point.
5. Shipping and delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times and procedures.
6. Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. This is longer than the statutory cancellation period you are entitled to under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and does not replace or limit that right.
Returns are received at our UK returns address: P01, Old Power Station, 121 Mortlake High Street, London, SW14 8SN, United Kingdom. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorisation.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of returning it. If you have changed your mind, you are responsible for UK return postage. In some cases we are able to refund you without requiring a return — contact us and we will tell you.

7. Promotions
Where we run a promotion, the terms shown alongside it apply. Our "Buy 3, Pay for 2" offer applies the lowest-priced item in every group of three at no charge, is applied automatically at checkout with no code required, applies to any combination of styles, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, but any change will not affect orders already placed.
8. Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Usubov LLC or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Usubov LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in any matter relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
