At Roselyn Atelier, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping information below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 11:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Total shipping time: 7–12 working days (1–3 days processing + 6–9 days delivery).
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Shipping Destination
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Pricing & Duties
All prices displayed on our website include VAT. The price you see is the final price — there are no additional charges, import duties, or hidden fees. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page or by contacting our customer service team.
Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen for reasons beyond our control — such as carrier congestion, adverse weather, or unforeseen logistical issues. If your order is affected, we appreciate your patience and our team will always help track it down.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@roselynatelier.co.uk and we will investigate the matter promptly. If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
