Shipping policy

At RoselynAtelier, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as we can. Here is how it works.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 11:00 PM (GMT) begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times and cost

Standard delivery — free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery takes 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch. With processing, the total time from order to arrival is 5–9 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. All timings are estimates.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Duties and charges

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay — delivery is included and nothing further is collected on delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page, or by contacting our customer service team.

Delays

Occasionally a delivery takes longer than expected for reasons outside our control — carrier congestion, customs processing, adverse weather. If your order is affected, contact us and we will chase it for you.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at hello@roselynatelier.co.uk and we will investigate. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
