Who we are
RoselynAtelier is a trading name of Usubov LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States (Document No. L21000104454), with its principal address at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. Usubov LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through roselynatelier.co.uk.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery address, billing address, email address, phone number, and the details of what you ordered. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment provider's systems and are never stored by us.
When you contact us: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us in your message.
When you sign up to our email list: your email address.
When you browse the site: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies and tracking
We use the following:
- Shopify — essential cookies for the cart, checkout and site security. These cannot be switched off.
- Google Analytics — how people find and use the site, in aggregate.
- Google Ads and Google Merchant Center — measuring whether an advert led to a purchase.
- 17TRACK — order tracking.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner on the site, and change your choice at any time. Declining will not stop you shopping with us.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the companies that make the shop work:
- Shopify, which hosts the website and processes orders
- Our payment providers, which process card payments
- Our fulfilment partner, which needs your name and delivery address to dispatch your order
- Google, for analytics and advertising measurement, where you have consented
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
International transfers
Usubov LLC is based in the United States and our fulfilment partner is based outside the United Kingdom, so personal information collected through the site is transferred outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and take steps to ensure your information stays protected to a UK standard.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years, which is the period we need them for tax and accounting. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for two years.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, restrict how we use it, send it to another provider, or object to us using it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time, either through the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
