How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 4–7 working days from dispatch, so 5–9 working days in total. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price at checkout is the total you pay.
Are any purchases final sale?
No. Everything can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it's unworn and still has its tags.
Can I return this?
Yes — 30 days from delivery. Contact us first and we'll send the return address and instructions. We cover the cost if an item is faulty or incorrect; for change-of-mind returns you pay the postage, typically £12–£20.
